The Breckenridge City Council covered a light agenda at yesterday’s meeting.  Two items were approved.  A raffle permit was granted to Richland-Wilkin Pro-Life and a resolution accepting a bid for the removal of debris at 731 Oak St. was approved.  That contract was given to Comstock Construction.  The house on Oak St., which was slated for demolition as part of the flood mitigation projected, was burned during a training exercise for local firefighters on November 1st.
