Marines Return To Iraq
By KBMW NEWS • Nov 18th, 2008 • Share:Military officials announced that the Marine Reserve Unit from Wahpeton will deploy to Iraq at the start of the year. This will be the second deployment for the Detachment Military Police Company, Headquarters Battalion, 4 Marine Division. Four members of the unit volunteered just one month after returning from another tour. The unit will join Marines from Minneapolis and Rochester, New York by the end of the year. They will reach Iraq in the spring for a year-long deployment.
